14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund on purchases of the Fahawa AI Lab course, subject to the content access limit described below. The 14-day period begins on the date of purchase.
Content Access Limit
A refund will only be issued if you have accessed less than 20% of the purchased course content. This limit exists because our course is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase. Accessing a substantial portion of the course and then requesting a refund is not consistent with the spirit of this policy.
Access percentage is determined by our course platform based on lessons viewed, sections opened, and resources accessed.
Non-Refundable Purchases
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Purchases made at a promotional or discounted price
- Purchases where more than 20% of course content has been accessed
- Purchases where the 14-day refund window has passed
No Recurring Billing
Our course is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. You will never be billed again after your initial purchase unless you make a new purchase voluntarily.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] within the 14-day window with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your purchase. We will respond within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 EST) and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Payment Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account.

If you are experiencing technical problems accessing course content, please contact us at [email protected] before requesting a refund. We will work to resolve access issues within 1–2 business days.
